My radio dreams started when I was attending school at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.My roommate was the General Manager of the student run radio station and needed some extra DJs.At the time I was studying television production, but after spending time in the radio station I realized my passion for music was what I really wanted to pursue.Since I am only a mediocre drummer I figured I would focus on radio.I left Carbondale and returned home to Bloomington-Normal to finish my schooling at ISU.I worked at ISU’s radio station WZND while interning at Great Plains Media.And since I stuck around for so long they decided to just hire me on full time for Classic Hits 99.5.
Born: Born in Bloomington, Illinois.Grew up with aspirations of being a stunt man, however after many injuries I soon gave up on that dream.I attended Normal Community High School and was a member of the Marching Ironmen Drumline.
Favorite Bands: Grateful Dead, Billy Preston, The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Phish, there’s a few the list is too long for this page.
Favorite Food:I’m down for trying anything.
Favorite Shows: Sons of Anarchy, The Office, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Weeds, Top Chef, Arrested Development, pretty much anything I can get On-Demand.
